Champion Carbon Rat Tail Clip Comb — CC19
10-1/2" carbon clip comb for barbers first, then stylists. Clip it into the section so the comb stays put while you iron, tease, or trim bangs and layers. Coarse multi-length teeth give enough grip for backcombing without chewing the hair. Long black tail parts and sections. Non-slip thumb grip on the white body.
Carbon build is heat resistant and static-free, so it can sit next to a flat iron without warping or charging the hair. Not the same tool as a plain Champion rat tail — this one has the hinge clip.
Use It For
- Clipping into a section for flat-iron work
- Teasing and backcombing with controlled resistance
- Isolating bangs, layers, and split-end trims
- Parting and sectioning with the 10-1/2" tail
Clean and disinfect between clients. Pair with Ship-Shape powder if product film builds in the teeth.
