Our Shipping and Delivery Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time.


Weiss Barber Supply reserves the right to ship via the most cost effective way in order to keep our prices low .The products shall be delivered through our delivery partners. We only ship within the United States of America. 

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO addresses are subject to additional shipping charges, and those orders should be called in to 1-855-896-8662 or emailed to


In some cases, shipping will take longer based on your location, which will be communicated to the buyer via email of the tracking information. Generally, items ship as soon as possible.

When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included. Please refer to your tracking information to get an estimate on when you will receive your item(s). Weiss Barber Supply does not replace stolen or lost packages and we do not warranty items that have been broken during the shipping process.

Damaged Packages: Damaged packages need to be noted immediately to the delivery person and reported to the carrier service.  Due to fraudulent orders we reserve the right to refuse shipment. In an event this affects your order, you will be notified immediately.

Delivery charges: Orders under $50 will be shipped for $12 . However, free shipping does not apply to Gallons of product, barber/salon equipment, or chairs that require freight via freightliner.

Product unavailability: We try to get as much choice as possible onto our website, and occasionally we have to cancel orders when the ordered product is unavailable.

Weiss Barber Supply can accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase with a verified copy of receipt. The merchandise will need to be in original, unused, unopened, undamaged packaging and in resalable condition.

  • We do not accept returns on the following items due to sanitary reasons - clipper blades, trimmer blades, shave heads/foils/cutters, shears,  straight razors, shavettes, combs, brushes, liquids, comb guides, blades, razor blades, etc. 

  • If you wish to return a product you will need to call us for an RMA number. Call 1-800-896-8662 or email Any packaging returned without a RMA number will be refused at the customer’s expense.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

  • Special orders, barber/salon equipment and/or barber chairs cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled.  

Warranty/Defective Equipment 

  • Defective items can be returned to the manufacturer in accordance with their policies.  We are glad to provide proof of purchase via email if you need it. 

  • Weiss Barber Supply is an authorized dealer for Babyliss, Andis, Oster and Wahl. In an event the product is defective within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping cost. Please call 1-800-896-8662 for an RMA number. Product, contents, and box must all be returned. Once received, if the product is verified as defective, Weiss Barber Supply will exchange with the exact item. In the event the item is discontinued or out of stock, the customer will need to contact the manufacturer to get a replacement. After 30 days the customer will need to contact the manufacturer for warranty. 

  • If a customer is unsatisfied with a trimmer, clipper, or shaver, the customer will need to contact the manufacturer. 

  • Weiss Barber Supply does not return or warranty on ANY clipper blades, trimmer blades, or replacement foils and cutters. Please contact the manufacturer directly.

  • In the event a product is defective, we encourage the customer to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty reasons. Weiss Barber Supply will gladly provide the manufacturer’s contact information.

We may refund you back in the following circumstances:

  1. If there is duplicate payment was made due to technical glitch, or any other error;

  2. If we consider the refund is necessary as per user support staff as per our sole discretion.
