Where We Ship We ship within the United States only.
Shipping Costs
- Orders under $50: $8.50 flat rate shipping fee
- Orders $50 and over: Free shipping to the lower 48 states
- Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses: Additional shipping charges apply. Please text or email orders@weissbarbersupply.com for a quote.
- Gallons of product, barber/salon equipment, and chairs may require freight shipping and are not eligible for free shipping.
Local Wichita Delivery & Pickup For customers in the Wichita area, we offer same-day delivery when possible (or next day at the latest). Our store is open by appointment only. Text (316) 262-8662 to schedule delivery or in-store pickup.
Shipping Times
- Order processing time: 1–2 business days
- Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days (may vary by location)
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Important Notes
- We ship via the most cost-effective method available.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
- We do not cover items damaged during shipping. Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any damage to the carrier immediately.
- We reserve the right to refuse shipment to prevent fraud.
Returns & Refunds
Return Policy We accept returns within 10 days of delivery on unopened or untampered items in their original packaging.
Please note: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons:
- Clipper blades, trimmer blades, and shaver blades
- Parts, shears, straight razors, shavettes, combs, brushes, liquids, and comb guides
Special orders, barber/salon equipment, and barber chairs are also non-returnable.
How to Return an Item
- Text or email orders@weissbarbersupply.com within 10 days to request an RMA number.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns without an RMA number will be refused.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 10 days at (316) 262-8662 or jack@weissbarbersupply.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Manufacturer Warranties We are proud to be direct distributors for Andis, Wahl, BabylissPRO/Barberology, and Stylecraft/Gamma. These manufacturers prefer to handle warranties directly for quality control and proper troubleshooting.

Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 15–30 business days for the refund to process after we receive the return.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel an order before it ships.
- Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- To cancel an order, please text or email orders@weissbarbersupply.com as soon as possible.
Unethical Orders
Orders placed through unethical means (such as exploiting technical glitches, misusing promotions, or fraudulent activity) will be canceled without refund.
