Where We Ship

We ship within the United States of America only.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders under $100: $15 shipping fee
  • Orders $100 and over: Free shipping (except for gallons of product, barber/salon equipment, and chairs which require freight shipping)
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and APO addresses: Additional shipping charges apply (please call 1-855-896-8662 or email orders@weissbarbersupply.com for a quote)

Shipping Times

  • Order processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Estimated shipping time: 3-10 business days (may vary based on location)
  • You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Important Notes

  • We ship via the most cost-effective method to keep our prices low.
  • We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages.
  • We do not warranty items damaged during shipping. Please report any damage to the delivery person and carrier service immediately.
  • We reserve the right to refuse shipment to prevent fraud.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

  • You can return most items within 10 days of purchase with a receipt.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns on clipper blades, trimmer blades, shave heads/foils/cutters, shears, straight razors, shavettes, combs, brushes, liquids, comb guides, blades, and razor blades due to sanitary reasons.  
  • Special orders, barber/salon equipment, and barber chairs cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return an Item

  1. Call 1-800-896-8662 or email orders@weissbarbersupply.com to get an RMA number.
  2. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  3. Clearly mark the RMA number on the package. Returns without an RMA will be refused.

Warranty & Defective Equipment

  • For defective items, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty support. We are an authorized dealer for Babyliss, Andis, Oster, and Wahl.
  • We can provide proof of purchase if needed.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • The refund process takes 15-30 business days.
  • We may issue a refund in cases of duplicate payment or other errors.

Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel an order before it ships.
  • Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Unethical Orders

  • Orders placed through unethical means (e.g., exploiting a technical glitch, misusing offers) will be canceled without a refund.
